Back Pain and Low Back Pain

Back Pain and Low Back Pain

Picture

Back pain can range from debilitating pain to just plan annoying loss of function and effect your everyday life.  Common examples include pain getting out of the car, rising from bed, sleeping, sitting, getting dressed....

We know Back Pain "sucks", and at Team chiropractic we focus on addressing the questions below:

Our patients always ask us the same questions about back pain…

- What caused the back pain (sometimes its seems like a trivial movement or no specific cause at all)?

- Why does my Back Pain hurt and why is it changing?

- When will the the Back Pain go away?

- Why is not getting better?

Why do so many people struggle to find the answers to these questions?  Maybe it has to do with our beliefs?

Below are some of the common beliefs about Back Pain. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of bad information out there that causes people to live with Back Pain for way too long.

Belief  #1: Believing Back Pain will go away with rest.

Belief #2: Believing that Back Pain will be “solved” with painkillers.

Belief #3: Believing Back Pain is  just “normal” when you grow older.

Belief #4: Believing what you were told by other healthcare professionals (maybe even Chiropractors) that they didn't see any problems.

Belief #5: Believing what “Dr. Google” tells you, even though the information is not constant with your specific problem.

If you are frustrated with not getting the results following any of these common beliefs about Back Pain?  Maybe its time for a different approach and a different way of thinking to solve your problem.

At Team Chiropractic we see people just like you every day and we guild them along a path to recovery.  Schedule an appointment with a professional that likes to solve even the most complex problems, safely, effetely to archive the sustainable answer to your back pain.
